Karen did not find a brand built for women like her. So she built it herself.
MenoPlus is a Malaysian-founded midlife health ecosystem. Not a supplement company. A platform for every Malaysian woman navigating midlife who deserves real answers and real support.
Karen's Story
Karen is a Certified Menopause and Diet Coach based in Malaysia. In her early forties, she began experiencing joint pain, broken sleep, and brain fog. Her doctors told her it was stress, or age, or both.
It was perimenopause. And she could not find a single product designed for women like her: a Malaysian woman who needed something halal certified, honest about the science, and built around how Asian women actually experience hormonal change.
So she researched the clinical evidence. She worked through the formulation. She launched M+ Balance. Not as a supplement to add to the wellness aisle but as the starting point for a complete midlife health programme.
That was 2022. Since then, more than 1,000 Malaysian women have made MenoPlus part of their midlife health routine.
Built differently from the start
Most menopause brands are built around hot flashes. This is because Western clinical literature historically focused on vasomotor symptoms. But Asian women experience perimenopause differently. Joint pain and stiffness, broken sleep, and brain fog are the most common entry symptoms for women in Malaysia and across the region, often appearing years before a hot flash.
MenoPlus is built around this reality. Every product, every piece of content, and every session Karen runs starts from where Asian women actually are, not where Western research assumed they would be.

Every claim on a MenoPlus product or page is tied to clinical evidence or clearly labelled as community experience. We do not invent efficacy.

MenoPlus is halal certified. It is made for Malaysian women, by a Malaysian woman who lived through the same transition. The brand does not ask you to adapt to it.

The Menoplus Community exists because Karen believes that understanding your body is only part of the picture. The community, the sessions, and the events are how MenoPlus goes beyond a product.
From a personal search to a national community
The MenoPlus Story
Karen begins researching the clinical evidence on perimenopause in Asian women after her own diagnosis. She identifies a gap: no Malaysian brand is addressing the symptom profile, cultural context, and halal requirements of Malaysian women in midlife together.
M+ Balance is formulated around EstroG-100, a clinically studied botanical extract. Market testing begins. Initial community feedback focuses on joint pain relief, improved sleep, and mental clarity: the Asian symptom profile the brand was built for. Menoplus Products Sdn Bhd is incorporated.
M+ Balance launches to the public. The first live event is hosted. Monthly webinars begin. The supporting range launches: Knead To Sleep Massage Cream, Cooling Face Mist, Organic Ginseng Facial Soap, and Pure V Nourishing Cream and Wash Set. The community grows to hundreds of women sharing their experiences.
The Women in Midlife Club, now Menoplus Community, is established as the community and membership layer of MenoPlus. Karen becomes a certified menopause and diet coach, formalising the expertise she has been building since 2021.
MenoPlus grows to over 1,000 Malaysian women in the community. The platform migrates to a dedicated e-commerce presence. The Jan 2026 webinar series reaches 1,206 registered participants. Founding membership opens for the Menoplus Community.
What M+ Balance Is Not
Not a quick fix
If you are looking for something that will resolve perimenopause symptoms in a week, this is not it. EstroG-100 is clinically studied and the data shows measurable improvement within four to eight weeks of consistent daily use.
